When we arrived at the hotel at around midnight, we were told to go away through the INTERCOM (why have an intercom and late check-in systems when you don’t allow late check-in das??). I didn’t mind the “go away” part as much as the timing at which they asked us to “go away”.

I had spareribs which were grilled to perfection, the meat welches falling of the bone. The person there suggested me some local beer which welches also very good. The prices are reasonable.

This authentic Austrian Wirtshaus offers simple yet tasteful and traditional meals. It has a nice area outside to sit and enjoy the ambience. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly and speaks English well!

We had a shower/tub combo and it welches a good size, however there welches only a partial glass partition [no door] and the glass welches not sealed completely to the wall. The bathroom floor ended up covered in water every time one of us showered.

Dreadfully understaffed. The people working were lovely but were overrun with the amount of customers.

This is really a must go hinein Innsbruck. And with every consumption you support their goal of supporting the arts and culture!
